ERP Selection & Project Management, led by a Chartered Accountant
An ERP selection consultant and client-side project manager on your side of the table, from documenting requirements to go-live.
From requirements to go-live, in four stages
A Chartered Accountant on your side at every stage.
Requirements
We map how your business runs and write down what the ERP must do.
Selection
We compare ERPs and implementation partners against your requirements and agree a clear scope.
Implementation oversight
We track every milestone against the agreed scope and flag gaps before they become delays.
Go-live sign-off
We test accounts, taxes, opening balances and reports with you before you switch over.
The gap between what is promised and what is delivered
Even with a defined scope, what an implementation partner promises and what your business expects can be quite different. Requirements get interpreted differently, decisions get made in meetings your team could not attend, and gaps only show up after go-live, when they are expensive to fix.
Someone needs to make sure both sides understand the requirements the same way, and that what was agreed is actually being delivered. That is the role we play.
What we do
Document your requirements
We map how your business actually runs, from sales and inventory to accounting and reporting, and turn it into clear written requirements a partner can quote against.
Choose the right ERP and partner
We compare suitable systems and implementation partners against your requirements and budget, so the decision is based on fit, not on sales pitches.
Manage the implementation project
We review progress at every stage, clarify requirements, flag gaps early and follow up on agreed deliverables before the system goes live.
Check go-live readiness
Before you switch over, we confirm the chart of accounts, taxes, opening balances and key reports are right, so the numbers work from day one.
How it works
Free consultation. We understand where you are: choosing a system, choosing a partner, or already mid-project.
Requirements document. We work with your finance and operations teams to write down what the system must do.
Selection. We shortlist ERPs and implementation partners, review their proposals against your requirements, and help you agree a clear scope.
Oversight. We join key milestones, track deliverables against the agreed scope, and raise issues before they become delays or change requests.
Go-live sign-off. We test the accounting, data and reports with you before you go live.
Why it matters for your team
An ERP project asks a lot of your finance and operations people on top of their day jobs. We take on the coordination, so your team contributes where their input matters while continuing to run the business.
An agreed scope is the starting point. Regular oversight during implementation is what turns it into the right outcome.
Frequently asked questions
Do you implement the ERP yourselves?
No. The implementation partner configures and builds the system. We work on your side to make sure what they deliver matches what your business needs. If you choose Odoo, we can also handle the accounting setup and migration.
Which ERPs do you work with?
We work across Odoo, Zoho, ERPNext and QuickBooks, and we use Odoo daily, so we will also tell you when it is not the right fit. The recommendation follows your requirements, not a preferred product.
We have already started our implementation. Can you still help?
Yes. We can review the scope and progress so far, identify gaps, and take on oversight for the rest of the project.
Who is this for?
Growing businesses choosing or implementing an ERP for the first time, or replacing a system that no longer fits, in India, the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

★★★★★
“Ram did exactly what we needed to review an Odoo self-implementation that was around 80% complete. He reviewed every module, with a particular focus on Accounting, provided valuable feedback/options, and then implemented everything we discussed. He got us to the finish line just ahead of schedule compared to our target completion date.”

“R Taparia and associates are helping us set up and implement an accounting system for our company. For this they have to communicate with our multinational team and deal with people from different cultures and time zones… managed to help us get the reports that we need from the accounting system through deep knowledge of the system capabilities and our requirements.”
